Profisciencé Partners has been nominated for its work in implementing SkillSite at Akin Gump, an Assessment Management System designed to assess, score, and track results for measuring baseline document formatting skills. Akin Gump was able to utilize their Office upgrade to assess the legal document production skills of its secretaries and produce individualized, prescriptive learning plans that increased proficiency of employees by 30% following completion of their learning plans. Additionally, implementing UniversitySite, Profisciencé Partners’ learning management system, enabled Akin Gump to quickly and efficiently roll out a Windows 7 and Office 2007 upgrade with minimal administrative management for more than 1,660 users across 8 U.S. offices in just 4 weeks, achieving 85% attorney participation and 100% staff participation in training through the use of more than 60 targeted learning plans in UniversitySite that incorporated eLearning modules.
